UCOP Statement of Ethical Values Members of the University of California community are committed to the highest ethical standards in furtherance of our mission of teaching, research and public service. We recognize that we hold the University in trust for the people of the State of California. Our policies, procedures, and standards provide guidance for application of the ethical values stated below in our daily life and work as members of this community.  
UC Whistleblower site The University of California has a responsibility to conduct its affairs ethically and in compliance with the law. If you suspect that a UC employee is engaged in  improper governmental activities, you should know that UC has policies that can show you how to "blow the whistle" and can protect you from retaliation if the need arises. The UC Whistleblower website provides important information for employees and supervisors about the whistleblower policies.
UCSF Code of Conduct UCSF Campus Code of Conduct articulates the values and ethical practices collectively prized by the UCSF campus community. It expresses the campus commitment to teaching, patient care, research and business operations based on the highest ethical principles. In addition, it declares the expectation that all members of the campus community will exercise integrity and highly ethical conduct when making their contribution to the organization. This Campus Code of Conduct highlights key issues, for more detail, refer to the specific individual policies, laws, and compliance programs for more information.
